Who doesn’t love Anthropologie? Have you ever considered it as a wedding shop? One of the best things you can do to create a unique celebration is think outside the box. Starting next week and for the remainder of the year, we will be featuring a few posts about different components that Anthropologie can supply for your big day. Get ready for an overload of awesomeness. If you have seen their window displays, you know exactly what I am saying.

FYI: They aren’t paying me to do this, just thought it would be a great idea. I just love their store this much. I wouldn’t deny a gift certificate though.

A year of color ideas!

Back in late 2008, we created a series called “A Year of Colors”. This series was filled with fun and fresh color ideas, themes and other fabulous tips. Click on the months below to see the details!

I took this photo at the recent rainy day Bliss wedding of Lisa & Matt. They were lucky enough to get all of the colors of a rainbow on their wedding day!

There are so many reasons that I love Autumn and nothing beats a day at the Cider Mill. October in Michigan is usually filled with mild temperatures, warm sunshine, beautiful leaves on the trees and delicious cider and doughnuts. It is a tradition that I think would make for the perfect “theme” behind a wedding day. What would be better than a make-your-own caramel apple bar, or a warm cider based signature drink?
